Dr. Robert Li, our eye doctor in Frisco, Texas, is a DFW native raised in Plano, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting with additional concentration in biology. He then went on to study at the University of Houston College of Optometry where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2019, graduating with magna cum laude honors. He had his clinical rotations at Cedar Springs Eye Clinic (formerly Bridge Builders), where he served the indigent population of inner-city Dallas, and Eye Doctor’s Office & Gallery, a private practice that served residential Dallas neighborhoods.

During his training, Dr. Li grew adept at diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of ocular diseases including glaucoma care, cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye disease, pink eye treatement and more.
Dr. Li now practices as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, with his passions lying in full-scope primary vision care, contact lenses, and ocular disease. He is currently an active member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society.
